I started working for my dad, Joe Sr. by purchasing 1 car and selling it for a little profit and so on.

I would go to local auctions with my dad along side him watching and learning from him at his auction house, "SWADE".

I soon branched out on my own and established my business in 1985 that is well known in all of Northeastern PA as Joseph Gaughan's Auto Sales for over 35 years.

I personally handpick all of our pre-owned vehicle inventory.

My own personal choices of vehicles are a 2000 or newer "1 of a kind" Mustang and/or a Dodge Ram diesel truck.

All of you that have known me for years supported my nickname "RAM" that my father gave to me back in my high school years.

I started my automotive selling career in the 90's along with managing a body shop and service department.

I became a Volvo and Ford certified Master to handle all of manufacture requirements.

In 2001, I went into the pre-owned vehicle sales division and haven't looked back since.
